Dr. Joseph Hicks
Orthodontist
Dr. Joseph Hicks is a highly accomplished orthodontist with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and both a Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Dental Science from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Since starting his practice in Farragut in 2002 and expanding to Lenoir City in 2013, Dr. Hicks has been committed to staying at the forefront of orthodontics by attending seminars and being active in several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists and the Tennessee Dental Association.
An active member of the Farragut community, Dr. Hicks enjoys seeing his patients and their EPIC smiles in town. He and his wife Kimberly, a pediatrician, are active members at First Baptist Concord and are proud parents of two sons: Griffin, pursuing a degree in physical therapy at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, and Braden, finishing his last year at the University of Tennessee Knoxville as a dual major and fluent in Spanish.
Outside the office, Dr. Hicks is a dedicated triathlete who regularly competes in Ironman events locally, nationally, and internationally, including the prestigious Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. With 11 Full Ironman and nearly 50 Half Ironman competitions under his belt, along with marathons like the Boston Marathon and New York Marathon, Dr. Hicks continues to train for more epic races each year.
