Kat was born in Fayetteville, NC and after moving three times as a child her family settled in Knoxville when she was in 8th grade. After staying at home with her three children, she decided to go back to work. Her three children had braces with Dr. Hicks and Kat was so blown away with the treatment they received that she wanted to be a part of the team! Kat loves the office’s genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals revolving around helping our patients. Did you know that Kat was once a certified whitewater raft guide on the French Broad River? She has had some pretty EPIC experiences!
